OUR MISSION
Dedication to protection
Borealiss started with a conversation in a fire station. Engineers who had spent twenty years building lighting for extreme environments sat with a fire brigade and heard the same thing again and again: the equipment fails exactly where the danger begins. We decided that was the problem worth spending the next twenty years on.
Safety technology is designed in offices and dies in basements. Devices are built for procurement catalogs, tested in labs, and then handed to crews who work in smoke, noise and dead zones the designers never entered. We invert that: the field writes the requirements, and engineering answers to the field.
Our conviction
Every Borealiss product goes through the same loop: requirements defined with operational crews, prototypes tested in simulated interventions, revisions driven by what breaks.
We develop toward European certification from day one, including CE, IP, EMC and ATEX standards, because equipment that protects people has no gray zones.
